Scheduled Warranty Service |

To help ensure your satisfaction, American Premiere Homes established a comprehensive Warranty Service and Customer Care Program designed to service your home effectively. |
| |
Two proactive warranty reviews will be conducted for your home, specifically at the 45-day and 11-month periods. For each of these reviews, our Warranty Service Department will contact you to schedule an appointment. |
| |
- The 45 Day Review is designed to address any issues that might arise after the initial occupancy of your home. Your Customer Service Representative will also review any operational or maintenance issues you would like to discuss.
- The 11-Month Review is also designed to identify items needing attention, and to schedule the appropriate repair work. In addition, the 11-month review provides the homeowner an opportunity to ensure that any and all deficiencies are identified and repaired prior to the end of the 1-Year Warranty period.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 12:00pm noon and 1:00pm to 5:00pm. |

The following are the conditions that constitute an emergency: |
| |
- Total stoppage of the sewer system within 30 days of Close of Escrow
- A water leak requiring water service to be shut off to avoid serious damage to your home or furnishings
- Complete loss of electrical services
- Complete loss of heating or cooling
